Who processes your data
The data controller is DGB Partners, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 880 776 554, whose registered office is at 34 bis boulevard du Château, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: last name, first name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, company and the area your project relates to, together with your message. To protect the form against automated submissions, the sending IP address and the date are kept with the message.
Why
To respond to your request and, where appropriate, put you in touch with the relevant company in the group. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your agreement.
Who receives it
The management of the group and of the company concerned by your request: Reisel, Actoran, Ingeline Technologies, Fineisel or Avenir Ferro. The website is hosted in the European Union, in Germany, by OVH SAS; messages are sent by email.
How long
Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted, unless a business relationship has begun in the meantime.
Cookies
None. The website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tools and loads no resources from third-party services: the fonts are served by the website itself. Only your choice of language is stored in your browser, so that you are not asked again on each visit; it is not shared with anyone.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to us using the contact form, starting your message with “Personal data”, or by post to DGB Partners, 34 bis boulevard du Château, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.
