2020The group's first two companies are founded in the same year, in Aix-en-Provence and Montreal.
2022Ingeline Technologies is founded in France and Tunisia. Reisel opens its Lyon office.
2023Reisel Consulting Belgium opens in Brussels, on Avenue Louise.
2024Fineisel is founded at Paris La Défense, specialising in networks, telecom infrastructure and artificial intelligence.
2025Reisel expands into Italy, in Milan. Actoran opens its second Canadian office, in Toronto.

Coésion helps the group's companies organise regular team-building time: team activities and internal events that strengthen the bonds between colleagues, within each office and across the brands. The aim: lasting team spirit for consultants who are often on assignment at client sites.
Day One has been the group's volunteering platform since September 2026. It is open to all employees, for individual or team volunteering, in their own time or during working hours: 2,000 charities and 3,000 assignments available, lasting from a few hours to several weeks. For our consultants between client assignments, Day One offers skills-based volunteering with charities: time between assignments put to good use, a career that keeps moving, and greater flexibility in how we manage our resources.
Charitips is a corporate giving solution: it makes it easy for our employees and clients to support the causes they care about, chosen from audited charities. Charitips handles the payments, the tax side and impact measurement; the group chooses the causes and tracks what its donations have achieved.
